This is us. I have got 4 small kiddos that I gave birth to between the years of 2014-2019 … yup 4 kids in 5 years which has it’s absolute joyous blessings and it’s challenges.

I am an eating disorder survivor, athlete, homeschool mom, busy body introvert, wife, mother and believer. I am passionate about movement that clears my mind and keeps my body healthy and strong.

Being mom is a tricky balance. We sacrifice, we give, we serve but we also must take care of ourselves. We can’t pour from an empty cup as the saying goes. I want to free you from the mom guilt and pressure that there isn’t enough time or it’s not a high enough priority.

There is enough time and it is a high priority. I will help you along the way making it as simple yet effective as possible.
